Audioscrobbler thingy

Managed to get another plugin to work in my menu bar. Audioscrobbler notices what you are playing on your computer and recommends other music base on people with similar tastes. ‘S good. Take a look at what I’ve been listening to

Hi Graham,
I stumbled over your posting at Chris’ Audioscrobbler plugin site (http://chris.coggburn.us/archives/2004/07/23/audioscrobbler-plugin/). My provider is also just offering PHP 4.2.2 so it would be ace if you could tell me how you managed to get the plugin running. I tried replacing the wp_get_audioscrobbler() function with fopen/fread stuff. But as I am a total noob when it comes to php I just gave up. If you could give me a hand explaining what you did or simply send me your tweaked plugin file, that would be more than nice. Thanks in advance!
